SPRINGDALE (KFSM) — Springdale Police are investigating after a man’s body was found in a field south of Springdale on Monday afternoon (Feb. 29).
Around 3:30 p.m., the Springdale Police responded to a call of an unresponsive person in a field near Shady Grove Road, said Lt. Derek Wright.
Officers found a man, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident is still under investigation.
