LOGAN COUNTY (KFSM) — A third murder suspect has been arrested in the case of a 2015 homicide.
The Logan County Sheriff’s Office arrested Robert Melton, 52, on suspicion of first-degree murder.
Melton, along with Nick Stoicu and Joseph Brown, was arrested on suspicion of murder, as well as aggravated robbery and unlawful possession of firearms.
Stoicu and Brown were originally scheduled to have their murder trials begin on Feb. 19, but those were pushed back.
Ritchie Lynch, 60, was found dead at his home on Glover Daniels Road. Autopsy results showed Lynch had been shot multiple times.
A court date has not yet been set.
