TONTITOWN (KFSM) — The position on the Tontitown City Council, that was vacated when an ex-alderman was convicted, has been filled by her husband.
Donald Doudna was appointed to replace the position on the council that his wife, Rhonda Doudna, had held.
Rhonda resigned in February 2016, months after she was convicted on felony charges of falsifying documents.
In a bench trial on Nov. 9, 2015, a judge found Doudna guilty of falsifying a statement on a petition verification form, which is a Class D felony, and ordered her to pay a $500 fine.
