FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM)- Today was the third scrimmage for the Hogs even though there weren't many highlights from the practice one defensive player in the first half.

"I just had to take him out of their today he's so disruptive I wanted to be able to get some type of rythmn going."

Senior Defensive lineman Deatrich Wise Jr. was a head ache for the O-line early on, getting two out of the four sacks today.

"He has built his body up he's built he's mentality up I think he's finally jumped out of that adolescent period into adulthood. I really just think he's got all his ducks in a row for something special."

In the second half of practice an offensive highlight finally came when wide receiver Dominique Reed snagged a 40-yard touchdown from Austin Allen while being double covered.

"I thought it was a heck of a play by Dominique nice throw nice catch. I think he defiantly knows the offense, there is very few times where he busts mentally. I know Austin likes to give him the ball."

Though Bielema was impressed by  how far Reed has come  he still thinks the Senior needs to improve in one other area.

"Unfortunately he's not any heavier he still doesn't like to eat which drives me nuts If he wants to play in the NFL he's got to gain 10 pounds if you want to have a great college career and hang up your spikes then don't eat and be what you are."

Bielema also added today that he knows that the Hogs have a long way to go before they are ready for the upcoming season.

They have three days of practice left before the red-white spring game before next Saturday.
