ROGERS (KFSM) – A new recycling service in Benton County is expected to help clean the county of large waste items.

The Rogers and Siloam Springs Recycle Centers will now accept bulk-recyclables on a regular basis.

“We will accept refrigerators, mattresses, tables, [tires] and couches," said Jerrold Haley, superintendent.

Haley said the Rogers Recycle Center will be accepting bulky recyclables on Wednesday’s and Friday’s every week. It will also accept the large items on the first Saturday of each month.

The Siloam Springs Recycle Center will accept the large recyclables on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The centers will not accept the bulky items on any other days of the week.
