A new study showed that what you wear while you're sleeping could aslo affect your health.
Many people sleep in pajamas during the winter months, but then strip down to their underwear during the hot summer nights.
However, experts said it's much better to sleep naked.
They said if the area is constantly covered it could lead to irritation, or even infections.
The problem is believed to be worse for men than women, as it could affect men's fertility.
Studies also showed that sleeping in the nude can lower blood pressure.
