Carroll County Meth Bust Nets Two Arrests

CARROLL COUNTY (KFSM) — Two Carroll County residents are facing charges after a recent meth bust.

Darryl Birchfield and Laura Green were both arrested Friday (June 10) as Carroll County deputies searched their current and former residences on County Road 108. While at their homes, investigators recovered evidence of both the use and manufacturing of methamphetamine. Two separate one-pot meth labs were recovered from 1823 County Road 108, as well as a product used to manufacture the drug.

Both Birchfield and Green were arrested on a felony charges of manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. They both also face a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

DSC_0126bA judge set their bonds at $10,000 each. Both have since posted their bonds and been released from custody.

Birchfield and Green are set to face a Berryville Circuit Court Judge on July 11.
