(CNN) — The Capitol Hill lockdown has been lifted, CNN reported.

A Capitol Hill office building is currently on lockdown Friday morning (July 8), and those inside the Rayburn building are being told to shelter in place.
Planned votes on the House floor have been delayed until the situation is resolved.
Capitol Hill police say they are investigating a “person of interest.”
