On this Flavor of the Week, meteorologist Melissa Hall headed to Art's BBQ and Burgers, where homemade is the name of the game.
They make their sauces, side items, bacon, tamales, chili and bread their onion rings and smoke their meats.
Art's may be known for their hickory smoked BBQ, but they've got all sorts of other specialists as well, like the Art Attack Burger, burnt ends, the Artillio Platter, catfish or just a straight up hamburger.
And when you head to Art's, you better come hungry.
If you can, try to save room for one of their fried pies.
Kids eat free Monday through Thursday, and on Friday night they have all you can eat catfish.
