FORT SMITH (KFSM) — Voters in Ward 4 will decide again who will represent their district on the city council board.
Incumbent George Catsavis and Neal Martin finished as the top two candidates in a special election Tuesday (August 9) with 750 and 672 votes respectively.
Because neither candidate received 50 percent or more of the votes (Catsavis – 45.7 percent and Martin – 40.95 percent), the two will square off in the November general election.
Robyn Dawson finished third with 212 votes. Zachary Muncrief managed 7 votes.
