Kingsley, Hogs Overpower Barcelona All-Starts

Hogs get 54 points in the paint and outscored their opponent 27-0 on the fast break

BARCELONA, SPAIN (KFSM) – Moses Kingsley had been fairly quiet in Arkansas’s first two games in Spain but Saturday he took over the paint.

The Razorbacks center pulled down a game high 16 rebounds and added 11 points on 5-of-9 shooting as Arkansas routed the Barcelona All-Stars 99-77.

Arkansas will close out their four game tour of Spain on Sunday as they’ll face the European Basketball Academy at 1 p.m. CDT.

Four players finished in double figures for Arkansas, led by Dusty Hannahs with 15 points while Jaylen Barford added 11 and C.J. Jones scored 10 of the Razorbacks’ 47 bench points. Over their past two games, Arkansas has been able to speed up the pace as they outscored the Barcelona All-Stars 27-0 on the fast break. Arkansas outscored Albacete Basket 18-0 in transition their last time out.
