OZARK (KFSM) — According to the Ozark Police Department, three people have been arrested in connection to a shooting in Ozark on Saturday night (Aug. 13).
Ozark police responded to a report around 9 p.m. of a man with a gun shot wound to the head on North 2nd Street.
The victim has been identified as Cody Ray Duncan, 23, of Altus.
Duncan was airlifted to a local hospital where he is in critical condition.
Cody Robert Whitten, 29, is facing charges of first degree serious physical injury using a deadly weapon, tampering with physical evidence and possession of firearm by certain persons. Stephanie Lynn Stacy, 19, was arrested on a charge of hindering prosecution. Curtis Wayne Godwin, 22, was also arrested on charges of hindering prosecution.
The investigation is on going.
