FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) - It took two weeks longer than he had hoped but Giovanni LaFrance was finally on the practice field for Arkansas on Tuesday.
LaFrance was added to the Razorbacks' 105-man roster after missing the first dozen practices after suffering a broken hand in the summer. LaFrance went through Tuesday's practice in just a helmet and will go through a pair of practices in just shoulder pads before he's allowed to put on the full pads.
247 Sports listed LaFrance as a three star recruit at linebacker and could see playing time as a true freshman despite his late start due to the lack of depth at the position in Robb Smith's defense.
