FRANKLIN COUNTY (KFSM) — Two suspects charged with sexual indecency with a child and transportation of minors for prohibited sexual conduct have been arrested on warrants for violating the conditions of their release.
John Larry “Dalton” Davis, 20, and Dillion Harrison, 19, were taken back into custody on suspicion of reaching out to a victim from the case in which they were previously arrested, according to court records.
Both had been released from the Franklin County Jail on $30,000 bonds, but prosecuting attorney David Gibbons’ office filed to revoke their pre-trial release, stating they went to a victim’s home and tried to speak with him.
Davis and Harrison were not to have contact with, harass, annoy or be around the victim after probable cause for their arrest was found in July.
The suspect remain in the Franklin County Jail and will appear in court Tuesday, according to jail administration.
