A little bit of exercise before the morning bell at school could help your children do better in class.
Researchers at Arizona State University observed third and fourth graders who took part in a morning exercise club twice a week.
They told the Wall Street Journal they found that on days when students were in the club, they were able to focus much better on their classroom tasks.
Additionally, yoga has also been found to help children stay focused in school. Learning to connect to connect their mind, body and breathing could help them be more present and tuned in throughout the school year.
