FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) — The Razorbacks are kicking off football season on Saturday (Sept. 3) with 80 degree weather and a game against Louisiana Tech.

Here’s what you need to know about parking on game day:

Razorback fans may consider parking in the Dickson Street Entertainment or Downtown Square Districts and ride the University’s free shuttle bus to the stadium. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday (Sept. 3) fans can enter and park for $5 in the West Avenue Parking Lot at the corner of West and Dickson. This ensures parking through 2 p.m. on Sunday (Sept. 4). Anyone is able to use the game day shuttle buses for free.

The shuttle picks up fans from the stop at a passenger loading zone in front of the Walton Arts Center and drops them off near Gate 1 of Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium. The shuttle service begins at 11 a.m. and ends approximately one hour after the game ends.

Information about game day shuttle service can be viewed online and maps can be downloaded here.

The city is also implementing a color coded route system to help traffic flow before and after the game. The changes are designed to help ease congestion in pre-game traffic while also clearing traffic from around the stadium after the game in a more efficient manner. All parking passes issued by the Razorback Foundation will include the color of the route that is recommended for entry and exit from their designated parking lot.

The game traffic flow maps can view and downloaded at the Arkansas Razorbacks website here.
