BENTONVILLE/FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) -- Bentonville and Fayetteville teamed up to put on the Square 2 Square Bike Ride event on Saturday (Sept. 10).
The event was a bike ride stretching 30 miles from Bentonville to Fayetteville. Cyclist took off from the Bentonville Square and traveled the Razorback Greenway. They crossed the finish line at the Fayetteville Square.
Cyclist Dennis Payne said that he rides for exercise, but those aren't the only perks of participating in this bike ride.
"You ride to these events and there's no problem with parking," Payne said. "You can ride right up to where you want to go. The weather is great and it's just a lot of fun."
After cycling 30 miles on the Greenway, cyclists enjoyed live music, local food and fun activities for family.
