FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM)–Versatile offensive lineman Frank Ragnow was named SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week after the win over Texas State.  Ragnow’s sixteenth straight start may have been the most impressive, after a shift from center to right guard.

The  junior swapped places with Jake Raulerson, and helped block Rawleigh Williams to his second consecutive 100 yard game. Ragnow protects first year starter Austin Allen, who currently leads the SEC in both completion percentage (67.1) and passer rating (160.9).

Razorbacks offensive line coach Kurt Anderson preached adaptability in the preseason and wants each lineman to understand all five positions. The starting linemen in the first two games were Dan Skipper, Hjalte Froholdt, Ragnow, Raulerson and Colton Jackson. Against Texas State, Brian Wallace and Zach Rogers both got significant playing time, and Wallace is listed next to Jackson on the depth chart this week.

Other Hogs to win weekly awards this season include Deatrich Wise (defensive lineman), Allen (offensive player) and Skipper (offensive lineman).
