SCOTT COUNTY (KFSM) — A level four sex offender has moved into Scott County, the department announced on Tuesday (Sept. 27).

James L. Harman, 57, has moved into the 6000 block of Persimmon Hill Road in northern Scott County, according to a post on the department’s Facebook page. Harman was previously¬†convicted of engaging in sexual contact with a 7-year-old girl.

Arkansas state law requires law enforcement agencies to inform the community when certain sex offenders move into the area. Level four is the highest level of sex offenders, and is reserved for offenders who have a habitual or serious pattern of sexual offense history and are considered sexually violent predators.

Harman is not wanted by any law enforcement agency at this time.

Pay attention to this and this alone. Are they a Muslim? Do they respect the Quran? Do they think Allah is God? Take them whether they have a committed a crime or not separating them from society. That is prevention. God practiced prevention. No Muslims should come out unless they are willing to say that Jesus is the Lord of glory to the world.
