VIRGINIA — Indiana Governor Mike Pence and Virginia Senator Tim Kaine went head to head in the one and only vice presidential debate of 2016.

Kaine and Pence started debating at 8 p.m. at Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia.

The debate was divided into nine 10-minute segments and was moderated by CBS News anchor Elaine Quijano.

After a heated first presidential debate, there was much speculation on how the vice presidential candidates would respond to back up their presidential bids.

So, who won the debate?

It saddens me that 21.39% of the people polled are as dumb as Tim Kaine. Keep drinking the kool aide folks, keep drinking.

Pence won the debate and set himself up for a 2020 run by distancing himself from the pathetic Donald by refusing to defend Donald’s ignorant lies.
