The great thing about Fall is that it is the time to plant trees. Get some tips this week from Frank Sharum on which trees to plant this season!
One tree Frank Sharum suggests to not plant this season is the silver maple tree. The roots tend to grow above the ground as well as they tend to destroy the grass surrounding the tree.
Red maples can be difficult to grow. Frank tells us that this season has been too hot and dry for most red maples trees go grow.
If you are determined to plant maple trees this year, Frank suggests to pick a hybrid maple tree.
