BELLA VISTA (KFSM) — The Bella Vista Arts & Crafts Festival, which runs through Sunday (Oct. 16), has grown to include nearly 300 artisans.
Festival organizers said this is one of the remaining festival in the area that requires all the items on sale be handmade.
All proceeds from the three-day festival go to scholarships for young artists and art education.
