VAN BUREN (KFSM) — A mother who was getting ready to shop at a Van Buren Walmart found a snake in her shopping cart.
The woman claimed she was about to place her baby daughter in the cart when she noticed the snake inside.
The snake, which appears to be a young black rat snake, was removed from the cart and the store property.
A Walmart spokesperson said via email the company is thankful no one was injured.
