FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) — No. 17 Arkansas traveled to Alabama to play No. 21 Auburn on Saturday (Oct. 22) at Jordan-Hare Stadium and got stomped.

Final score: Auburn 56, Arkansas 3.

This was the Razorback’s third straight game against a ranked opponent.

Auburn holds a 13-11-1 in the all-time series that dates back to the first meeting in 1984.

Arkansas has won five of the last nine meetings at Auburn with the last victory coming in 2012 – but that was scratched today.

The Razorbacks had 15 rushing yards in the first half; by the end of the third quarter Auburn had 42 points on the board, Arkansas 3.

Auburn’s offense ran more than 60 plays and had 543 yards rushing compared to a total of 25 rushing yards for Arkansas.

The Razorbacks (5-3) are off next week and play the Florida Gators at home on November, 5th.
