Less Sleep Leads to Gaining Weight

New research finds not getting enough sleep may cause people to eat more the next day.

Doctors in the UK  looked at 11 previous studies and found sleep deprived people consumed  on average an extra 385 calories the following day. Many of the extra calories coming from foods containing higher fat and lower protein.
