FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM)- Arkansas was looking to get back on track in conference play coming back from the bye week, and they made a big statement Saturday defeating No.10 Florida 31-10.

The Razorbacks defense set the tone early on. Sophomore safety Santos Ramirez picked off Florida quarterback Luke Del Rio and took it 24 yards for the first score of the day. The Hogs didn’t relinquish the lead after that.

Arkansas running back Rawleigh Williams was explosive on offense. Williams rushed for 148 yards and touchdowns against one of the top defenses in the country.

Arkansas (6-3, 2-3) held Florida to a season low 12 yards rushing on 14 carries. It was the first time that the Hogs beat the Gators since 1982, and it was also their first-ever SEC victory over them.

Arkansas will face LSU in Fayetteville at 6:00 P.M. on ESPN.
