FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM)–In a foul heavy game, Arkansas ran away from Fort Wayne with a 92-83 win to start the season 1-0.   The Mastodons were picked to win the Summit League in the preseason.

Redshirt senior Dusty Hannahs led the way with 23 points on 7 of 17 shooting. Daryl Macon played a team high 33 minutes and was one of six Arkansas players to reach double figures (Jaylen Barford, Dustin Thomas, Manny Watkins and Anton Beard). The Razorbacks were able to dominate in transition and down low. Arkansas outscored Fort Wayne 52-22 in the paint and 24-0 on the fast break. As a team, the Hogs shot 53% from the floor. Ten different Razorbacks saw playing time in the opener.
