Burn Bans have been issued for most of the River Valley and the fire danger will be high area-wide with breezy south winds and low humidity.

Record high temperatures are likely again on Thursday. The record in Fayetteville is 77º set in 1958 and 82º for Fort Smith set back in 2013.

Washington County is under a Red Flag Warning but as of Wednesday evening burning has not been banned in any of the Northwest Arkansas counties.
