FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) — The city of Fayetteville is asking residents to participate in a survey to rate the community, which will help guide future city projects and initiatives.

The survey covers community perceptions of public safety, neighborhood cohesion, and civic engagement, and it contains 20 questions about life in Fayetteville and nine demographic questions. It should take roughly 15 minutes to complete the survey, which will be confidential.

At the end of the survey, participants can enter to win one of two $100 Visa gift cards. Winners will be randomly selected after the survey closes. City employees are barred from winning the gift cards, but they are still encouraged to participate in the survey.

The survey opened on Monday (Nov. 28) and will close on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2017.

Fayetteville residents can fill out the survey here.
