FORT SMITH (KFSM) — Seventeen people have been arrested for various drug-related charges.
Those arrested were taken into custody beginning at 8 a.m. Wednesday (Nov. 30) by Narcotic, SWAT and K9 officers at Fort Smith Police Department.
Narcotics investigators spent several months investigating the cases of the 17.
Investigators said they still have several outstanding warrants to serve and more arrests are expected to happen during the next few days.
- Marcus Mays was arrested on a felony warrant for a delivering a controlled substance.
- Anthony Terrell Jones was arrested on felony warrants for delivering a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Joshua Bucella was arrested on a felony warrant for delivering a controlled substance.
- Leslie Crowell was arrested on a felony warrant for delivering a controlled substance.
- Christopher Shook was arrested on a felony warrant for two counts of delivering methamphetamine.
- Ronald Leroy Watkins Jr., was arrested on a felony warrant for delivering a controlled substance.
- Misti Beam was arrested on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Aaron Barton was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Larry Jessen was arrested on a felony warrant for delivering methamphetamine.
- Justin Parker was arrested on felony warrants for delivering methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with the purpose to deliver.
- Richard France was arrested on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Danielle Terhune was arrested on felony warrants for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Joshua Bise was arrested on a felony warrant for delivering methamphetamine.
- Michael Sharp was arrested on a felony warrant for delivering methamphetamine and absconding.
- Robert Marks was arrested on a felony warrant for two counts of delivering methamphetamine.
- Brian Cross was arrested on a felony warrant for delivering a controlled substance.
- Will Johnson was arrested on a felony warrant for delivering methamphetamine.
