FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) -- Every week the University of Arkansas hosts a wheelchair basketball for students.

Competition heats up during the friendly game as students try their best to get around using only their upper body.

The unique sport is one that is all inclusive.

"Even if you're not able to play basketball because of an injury or some sort of disability you can still come out and play" personal trainer Josh Ford said.

The weekly game started years ago and has become a favorite for student Steven Brown, he's been playing for the past 4 years.

"You don't have to be very good at it, I missed like my first ten shots when I started" Brown said.

The game got pretty heated Wednesday (Nov. 30) as students fought to get the last basket to win the game.

After playing one game a first-timer said "this is probably the most fun I've had playing basketball."

Each week students walk away with an experience that will teach them a lesson for a lifetime.
