FORT SMITH (KFSM) — There were no major injuries reported following a wreck on Interstate 540 Friday morning (Dec. 9).
The wreck happened just before 8 a.m. in the southbound lanes on the Arkansas River Bridge and involved eight vehicles, according to Arkansas State Police.
