FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM)– Police identified a man who fell to his death from the window of a Fayetteville apartment building early Friday morning (Feb. 17).
The man was identified as Brian Gray Colton, 26, of Fayetteville, according to a Fayetteville Police Department press release.
Officers were dispatched to the scene at The Cardinal apartments on W. Center Street shortly before 3 a.m., where they found Colton’s body.
Colton fell from a 4th story window, the release states. He was attempting to jump from a window to an adjacent balcony when he fell.
Colton’s body was sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for an autopsy.
Alcohol was believed to be a factor, said Sgt. Craig Stout of the Fayetteville Police Department.
