HEALTHWATCH - Women who have a poor diet during their teenage and young adult years have a 35% higher risk of developing breast cancer before menopause.

That is according to a UCLA study. Researchers found a diet low in vegetables and high in sugar, red and processes meats and margarine is linked to high levels of inflammation in the body, which can lead to cancer.
