WASHINGTON COUNTY (KFSM) — AT&T resolved issues with customers not being able to dial 911 from a cell phone throughout Northwest Arkansas on Wednesday (March 8).
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office warned AT&T customers that calls would not go through to the emergency 911 dispatch center.
The Fayetteville, Bentonville and Rogers Police Departments also experienced the issue.
AT&T addressed the outage with the following statement:
Service has been restored for wireless customers affected by an issue connecting to 911. We apologize to those affected.
