FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) -- The non-custodial biological mother of a 9-year-old boy is facing a felony charge after reportedly taking him from Fayetteville to North Little Rock, which caused a state-wide search.

Police and the boy's family said LaCarol Williams took Jeremiah Williams from his grandmother's home in the 2000 block of East Kantz Drive Saturday (Feb. 24).

Jeremiah Williams was reunited with his grandmother, Bobbie Boyd Monday (Feb. 26).

Boyd said, "People, watch your children closely. Even if a grandchild, watch them, they could be snatched by a parent-non custodial... and if you love that child, you'll go through what I've been through. Thank you lord."

Police said Williams left the residence in a 2007 maroon Honda Odyssey, and was thought to have traveled to Pulaski County.  to be headed to Little Rock. Police were able to find the car through an ACIC search.

LaCarol Williams is accused of felony interfering with custody and is in the Pulaski County Detention Center without bond, and is awaiting to be extradited to Fayetteville.
