    CNN) — Chicago police have arrested a fifth suspect in connection with a shooting that injured 13, including a 3-year-old child, earlier this month. David Logan, 22, faces charges of unlawful use of a weapon and obstructing justice, police said Saturday. The arrest happened on Wednesday.   • Springdale police are looking for assault suspect

    A suspect is on loose after Springdale police said he assaulted another man at the Powell Street Apartments. Police said both men got into a physical fight and when they arrived the suspect took off running. The victim is in his 20s, police said. The victim was taken to Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. Investigators plan to interview the victim.
