Chris puts a strong emphasis on storytelling and believes the world of sports can go beyond just statistics and records. Every story can be humanized, in a way even non-sports fans can enjoy. Chris joined 5NEWS as Sports Director in July 2012. As a college football fanatic, Chris is excited to cover the Hogs.
Chris has been covering been local sports for about six years, most recently at KDRV in Medford, Oregon, as a sports anchor and reporter.
