    FORT SMITH (KFSM) – A local man was arrested Friday after a warrant states he raped his two-year-old niece hours before her death earlier this month. C.J. Davis, 24, was arrested in Pocola, Okla., on an arrest warrant signed by a Sebastian County Circuit judge.     Bentonville police say a kidnapping and murder plot was foiled Saturday after the victim gave a note to a Walmart employee saying she was being kidnapped by two members of the National Guard.     ROGERS (KFSM) – Rogers police say a man pretending to be a police officer is trying to fraudulently collect donations for a children’s Christmas drive.     BENTON COUNTY (KFSM) – Benton County deputies recovered more than 70 pounds of marijuana and arrested two people in a drug bust Tuesday (Oct. 30).     FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) – The University of Arkansas on Thursday (Oct. 30) released its annual poll of likely voters, showing more of them were opposed to statewide alcohol sales than for them.
