A Lincoln man was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly offered two teenage girls “money, drugs, and whatever else they wanted” in exchange for texting him cell phone pictures of their genitals, according to court documents.
Dolan Dwayne Harris, Jr., 39, a parolee, is facing charges of Attempted Engaging Children in Sexually Explicit Conduct for Use in Visual or Print Medium.
Court documents state one of the victims told police Harris offered her $100 a month if she would send him nude photos. The second victim told police he also offered to pay her for photos and sex.
Police say Dolan admitted to asking the girls for pictures of their breasts but denied asking for sex.
According to court documents, Dolan said that he told the girls that he would give them things like money for the pictures but the girls said they wanted marijuana. Dolan told police he looked into buying the pot, but didn’t do it.
Harris knew the girls’ father, police say.
Dolan’s cell phone was confiscated as evidence. He was booked into Washington County Detention Center.
