Off to a wet March so far! Here’s a look at current March rainfall totals along with the normal totals for the month. Typically our wettest month of the year is next month. April is usually when we see the true soaking rains along with the severe weather.

Fayetteville: .99″ Normal: 4.02″

Fort Smith: 4.12″ Normal: 3.85″

More rain chances will be possible this week starting Wednesday, although the next few systems will be fast movers and won’t provide as much heavy rain. Another heavy rainmaker could move into the area around the late weekend or the first of next week.
