Here's what you do. Just, hardboil your eggs normally, and then, when they've cooled enough to handle, roll the eggs around on a hard surface to crack them.
Be careful not to crack them too hard, because you still want the shell to stay on the egg. Your goal is to develop a nice overall cracked look.

You'll want to make sure you've got some paper towels on-hand though, because these "Peeps Smores" can get a little messy.
