Sallisaw Man Arrested in Internet Sting

A Sallisaw man was arrested Sunday in Flippin, Arkansas on complaints of Internet Stalking of a Child and Computer Child Pornography, according to a report from KOTV in Tulsa.

Westley Pearce, 25, was taken into custody following a cyber crimes investigation by the Flippin Police Department, according to KOTV.

According to the report, Pearce sent sexually explicit messages and pornographic images of himself to an undercover officer whom Pearce believed to be a 14-year-old female. He then made arrangements to meet the girl three hours away in Flippin. Police arrested him when he arrived.
