A Level 2 registered sex offender was arrested for allegedly raping a woman in Fort Smith Sunday, police say.
Noah McChristian, 54, a.k.a “Ray Dugger,” is being held in the Sebastian County Detention Center. He was arrested around 4 p.m. in the 1700 block of Midland Blvd and taken into custody on a warrant out of Oklahoma, police say.
The female victim told police she was raped at a home on N. 6th street. The rape charge was added after police interviewed McChristian about the alleged incident.
Police say McChristian knew his victim.
