Benton County officials say a 13-year-old Bentonville girl who was reported missing Tuesday has been found safe.
She was located Thursday evening.
Police were called to the home of Catherine Elizabeth Williams Tuesday evening around 6 p.m. The girl’s father and step-mother told police that she wasn’t there when they came home from work.
After conducting interviews, police determined Williams did ride the bus home from school. But they believe she was carrying extra clothing and personal belongings at the time of her disappearance.
