A new website is hoping to hook you up with the perfect pen pal, as long as you don’t mind that he or she is also a prisoner.

“Make a lonely inmate smile, write someone today!” the website states.

“Even though these men and women are in prison, it doesn’t mean that they are bad individuals,” the website states. However, it goes on to say that the service is not responsible for ‘any costs, liabilities, attorney’s fees or damages that you may incur’ and also suggests using ‘appropriate safeguards’ when communicating with the inmates.

Much like a dating site, inmates post photos and information about themselves like height, religion and Department of Corrections number. Some even list why they are locked up.

The site warns users against scams

But site doesn’t suggest looking for a relationship with any of the convicted felons.

“These men and women are inmates and are usually in prison for good reason. This is, not!” states the website’s FAQ page.

Users must be 18 years or older.
