A registered sex offender in Siloam Springs is facing new charges after he allegedly raped and sexually assaulted several children.

Jimmy Allen Martin, 36, is being held in the Benton County Jail on charges of rape, sexual assault and possession of a firearm. The victims claim the abuse took place over the last several years at Martin’s residence, according to court documents.

Police say Martin admitted to having sex with one of the juveniles as recently as Easter of this year.

Martin is a level two, or moderate risk, sex offender who was convicted of sexually assaulting a child in 1993.
