BEST START: Keeping Kids Active This Summer

Dr. Susan Averitt, with Best Start pediatric clinic, says it is important to keep your kids active to avoid them becoming unhealthy and overweight this summer.

"We see kids eating junk food, drinking high-calorie drinks in the summer," Dr. Averitt said.

She said kids need limited screen time, and a recommended 5 servings a day of fruits and vegetables.
