Some tense moments for workers at a Fort Smith dry cleaners Tuesday.

Around 10 a.m., firefighters were called to Mr. Rob’s dry cleaners on Rogers Avenue.

Firefighters on the scene say they were told a spark from a welder had ignited some cleaning solvent. By the time they got there, the workers had already put the fire out.

EMS was called and they checked out one employee on the scene and she was returned to work, according to Battalion Chief Skip Mathews.
