Tag offices in Talihina, Heavener and Poteau were broken into late Thursday night, according to an official with the tag agency.

The front doors of the businesses were smashed in, leaving glass everywhere. Jodi Huett, who manages one of the offices, says cash and checks were stolen.

Huett fears that personal and banking information could be obtained from the checks and put customers at risk for identity theft.

Huett says they are reviewing surveillance footage from the officers in hopes of identifying a suspect.

If you have any information on these crimes call River Valley Crime Stoppers at (479) 78-CRIME or contact the Talihina Police Department at (918) 567-2620.
